What size should I order?
We recommend checking our Size Guide for detailed measurements to find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for trunks and sizing down for briefs, depending on your fit preference.

Where is your swimwear made?
All of our swimwear is responsibly made using high-quality recycled materials. Our production partners are carefully selected for their craftsmanship and commitment to ethical manufacturing.

What materials do you use?
Our swimwear is made from premium recycled polyester blends with a soft, fast-drying finish. Each piece is designed for comfort, durability, and performance.

How do I care for my swimwear?
Rinse in cold water after each use and hand wash with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and ironing. Lay flat to dry in the shade to preserve color and fit.

Do your products have lining?
Yes. All our swimwear is fully lined for comfort and support. Trunks feature a soft mesh lining, while briefs have a smooth, secure inner layer.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or if you choose the incorrect size. Please refer to the size guide before making your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your swimwear must be defective, unused and in the same condition that you received it including labels and packaging.

It is mandatory to try all swimwear on whilst wearing your underwear. Given the hygiene, health and nature of swimwear, we cannot accept returns for goods that have been worn or tried on without an undergarment.

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery confirmation, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable or refundable items:
• Gift cards

• Items marked as on 'SALE'

To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Are your prints original?
Absolutely. All prints are created in-house exclusively for SIGHTS Swim. Each piece is a wearable original.
