At SIGHTS Swim, we aim to deliver your order with speed, care, and clarity. We currently ship within the United States using trusted domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and shipping preference.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect accurately.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen disruptions.
Order Packaging & Sustainability

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping method. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for complimentary shipping — please refer to the banner or checkout page for current offers.
Issues with Delivery
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We will work with you and the courier service to resolve the issue. SIGHTS Swim is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, so please double-check your address before submitting.
RETURNS
SIGHTS Swim garments are made in small, carefully produced batches with an emphasis on quality, ethical practices, and hygiene. For these reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time — all sales are considered final.
This policy is in place to maintain the highest standard of hygiene and quality control for our customers. Swimwear is an intimate item and must remain unworn and untouched once it leaves our facility. We hope you understand that this helps us ensure that each customer receives a product that is clean, secure, and handled with care.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Fit and Sizing
